Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, response times to the support email address are currently a minimum of 5 days before you get a response. I given up getting a refund for a return. I hate to say it but GameByte have got a long way to go before getting anywhere near Amazon's level of service. It was my first and last time using this online retailer.

Trustpilot needs to add a zero rating, one star gives the impression something actually went ok. 16 days on from placing and paying for my order, I’m yet to receive the goods! GameByte, just keep sending me the tracking details. Placed the order with GameByte, paid GameByte…..your responsibility guys to make sure the goods arrive, not mine.

I put my trust and faith in this fairly new company and so glad I did. I put an order in for a nintendo switch game on the 27th November and received it today 1st December. They have been very helpful and let me know when they received my order and when they were sending. I have dropped 1 star, only because there was not a track your parcel option so I wasn't sure when it would arrive especially as Royal mail are under so much pressure, things could easily go missing and lost. Other than that, I will definitely buy from gamebyte again. Thank you for delivering my sons game on time and such a great price too 👍

Don’t use this company
Emailed asking to stop an order. Emailed back by Ella and told she would cancel with supplier. Yet the game was sent, no email to tell me it was so I couldn’t refuse delivery with the postman. Now she is refusing to refund me the postage I now need to pay to return. She even emailed saying I never cancelled.
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Won’t ever use this company again and I’ll tell everyone I know in the gaming world which is a fair few to never use Gamebyte.

Too little too late.....
Thought id give a little independent local business my money due to current climate and struggles and pre ordered FS22 expecting to arrive on release date. No delivery as of yet and no responses to emails and no other customers facing details like a contact number to chase this up. I see that I'm not the only one that's had the same issue regarding pre orders which now reflects the credibility of wither there available when stated on the website. I'm gutted that this is another local business I will no longer support.

Absolute mess of a company
To anyone reading this and to all my Instagram followers I’d advise NOT to use this company ever when you order a pre release game it means you should expect to get your game for release day but in this company’s case they don’t understand this I ordered battlefield 2042 weeks ago ready to get the game for the 19th which is now the 21st a Sunday kinda defeats the point in pre ordering I went with these guys based on price but honestly I wish I’d just payed the extra and got the game else where I’m sure there going to say they send out the items 1st class and that the postal company have issues which I know is utter rubbish as I work for the management team .
And not giving a tracking number out is also your way of telling us customers you haven’t received the items your end or you didn’t have enough ordered to send out so in other words you have been happy taking money from the customers but not had enough copy’s accountable for everyone so basically your lying for your own personal gain if I don’t receive my order next week I’ll be looking into taking action against your company and taking personal time to investigate.
