Summary, great cake, terrible service.
When planning for our wedding, we loved the look of these cakes and were excited to order. We ordered samples and this is where the problems began.
The samples didn't arrive, on contacting the shop they "forgot" to process the order, not a great start.
Reordered & samples arrive, great cake, rate them very highly on taste.
Stuck with shop and started discussing full order for wedding cake. After numerous back & forth emails (and chasers when they simply didn't respond) I requested a purchase order and was ready to pay. What I was presented with was generic & didn't include any of the detail discussed over the previous weeks. I chased this up & waited again before receiving a correct order.
At this point, our faith in the company was gone and we simply didn't trust them to deliver so we went elsewhere.
Summary, great cake, terrible service.
