I made my order. payed for it, the money went out of the account but I have not received any info on delivery. I have sent at least three emails and got no replies. I called them and they answered once. they told me they would check my order and get back to me and never did. i tried calling a few times again and no pick up.....
Items never sent. No response to my emails. Had to open a claim with Paypal to get my money back. Not sure what's going on here but my advice is avoid.
Great customer service. Speedy delivery. Great prices, will definately use again

Perfectly packaged and got my stuff before the actual due date.
This is a great product. The price is amazing for the quality of the product. Placed the order, dispatched promptly and arrived in 3 working days. On arrival there was one issue, there was no product instructions on how to operate. After speaking with Dom, he contacted the manufacturer and emailed me a link to download the instructions (Thanks Dom). Product keeps the humidity at the correct level in my tent and is easy to use once you have read the operating instructions. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to control humidity in a grow tent.
Awful excuse, I ordered a product at a unbelievable price and received a email confirming dispatch of the item and a royal mail tracking number, after 3 days and checking with the royal mail,i found out they hadn't sent it ! A ha. When I called the shop,, I was told the item had been sold of the shelf and not logged in on the system, lol.Then what did they send with a royal mail tracking number ?(nothing but a email as they knew the product was not in stock) why didn't they say it was not in stock.this has happened before if you check them out !
