One of the fastest deliveries I think we have ever had. Ordered a screen adhesive last minute that couldn't be found anywhere else. Was purchased at 4:30pm and was delivered with DPD the following morning.

Excellent experience with Headlane and especially Jan, who was incredibly helpful throughout. I needed a replacement screen assembly for my Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 and was anxious about ordering the correct part because I had received conflicting advice elsewhere.

Jan took the time to properly look into the issue, confirm compatibility and reassure me throughout the process. He clearly knew the product range inside out and explained everything in a way that made the whole process feel much less stressful. He even recommended someone local to me and actually rang and spoke to them directly to reassure me further, which really went above and beyond.

What really stood out was the customer service. Jan confirmed that if there was any compatibility issue, I could return the part for a full refund with a prepaid return label provided. On top of that, they arranged free next day Saturday delivery via DPD, fully tracked at every stage.

The part arrived exactly as described, was genuine Samsung, and worked perfectly. Outstanding service from start to finish and I would highly recommend Headlane to anyone needing specialist laptop parts.

Very impressed. This is the first actual OLED screen I have bought vs the 2 previous (EBay and AliExpress) ones claiming to be. Turns out it is quite difficult to know where to go. I had figured that GX made them, but unsure where to find a genuine one. Sent and received within 24 hours. I wont mess around with any future screens on eBay/amazon etc and come back to these guys. Screen was for an Iphone 12 mini.

I was upset as Samsung were not interested in the fact that the SIM tray on my new phone was faulty and they were unable to help. The agent told me to take it to one of their stores, there are none in this area! Or, look on line. It was my luck that I found Headlane. As I am not technically minded I called them and spoke to Gita. She was understanding and immediately found the part. It has arrived and is a genuine. Thank you so much. I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy A53, and initially had trouble finding a source for a genuine replacement part shipping to the UK. Some digging around online turned up this UK-based company I had never heard of before.

They had the relevant genuine Samsung part in stock at what i believe is a very competitive price, but it was showing under two different part numbers.

A quick email to them to enquire about the differences in part numbers, and I had a response within half an hour.

Order placed yesterday, new screen received this morning, phone is repaired and up and running!

Purchased a Realme screen for my phone. Came with frame and was original part. Worked perfectly and fitment was perfect. Better than all of those fake ebay screens. Thanks.

They went above and beyond.
I've never had such great customer service and I've been using Amazon for years.

Basically, I ordered stuff from Belgium as a company, which ended up being handled by the local post (Bpost), which is currently abusing its monopoly and charging 16€ plus tax to "handle customs", where usually expensive companies like Fedex take 6€.

So I contact Headlane to see if they can do anything about it. They duplicated my order for free, sent it through their Dutch subsidiary, I ended up paying no tax (no tax should be due, as I ordered with a company) and nothing for the additional postage fees.

In summary, they spent their own money to make sure I had the best customer experience, despite outrageous behaviour by the national belgian post which they were absolutely not responsible for.

I offered multiple times to at least pay for the additional shipping costs but they refused.

This is the least I could do.

Genuine parts, dispatched on time (with a late cut off).

Hassle free returns and first class customer service from Jan and the team always.
