I bought a oxypro mask from Hyperstech. Unfortunately bcause of the high demand, it took took too long to get here, so I had to cancel my order.
I found it easy to get in touch with Hyperstech, both by email and chatt.
I received my refund.
So I am quite satisfied with Hyperstech.

I don’t want to give this company a star but for the sake of voicing my concerns. I ordered 5 n95 masks in January and only received 2 of them on March 12th. They were not real n95 masks. They were toys for children. They were made of material so flimsy that when you put it on it broke immediately. Sized for a child. Garbage. I asked for a refund and basically was refused.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD! Stay far, far away! I'd give zero stars if I could. You won't receive and order number or an order but they will take your money. I've reported them to Scamwatch, the ACCC and google.

This company is a total scam. They sell fake, inferior quality goods to what is advertised. If you try and get a refund they refuse and lie time and time again that they have already refunded you. These people are criminals. Avoid them at all costs. I would have given zero if I could. They do not even deserve that.

Finally got a refund after going through PayPal. I don't think they were planning on answering any of my emails.
I just noticed that they is another video on Facebook claiming this watch will let you know ahead of time if you are going to have a heart attack. Do not believe it! I noticed that they also changed the name of the watch....

I really don't even want to give them 1 star I ordered the watch and dronex they haven't even sent them they send email saying to verify my order .name address cc # why I got it and how much money they have already got my money wish I would of read reports b4 so I'm ripped off don't order fro. Them they are terrible

I have just received my sonicXPRO toothbrush and accessories, obviously not despatched from America but China. I am appalled at the product not as advertised cheap rubbish. I have reported this to my bank and they have advised me to send it back for refund and will monitor further. Address I have on label is Heathrow Gateway Godfrey Way, TW4 5SY. On looking online no address for this company!!!!!!

This ia another Chinese scam. Look at the Garmin fenix series watches. They totally stole Garmin’s design! No doubt they are or will be sued. Chinese business practices are horrendously predatory, dishonest and lacking in integrity. They use deceptive advertising (American Soldier with watch inset in corner of photo, implying military endorsement), and post fake reviews. This company even made a fake review site -portrayed as neutral, non-company affiliated review site, in order to dupe anyone teying to do their research. They blitzed google search engine and made sure anyone would have to dig way deep -many many pages deep in order to find a reference to the watch that was not placed or influenced by them.

I could go on.... It’s just so ridiculous how shady the chinese are. Laughingly, their inmpression of Americans must be that of lacking intelligence. Typical chinese arrogance. This watch is junk, ripped off design from Garmin -expertly made in the great nation of Taiwan (no relation to china). The company perpetrating the scam t1tact watch campaign is 100% chinese, and therefore 100% crooked as can be. America will be teaching china a lesson very soon, so this is small potatoes in the overall going’s on. My brother works for gov’t and tells me plans are underway for taking their little made up islands from them by force. Oh the things I could tell you... So much fun stuff is planned for poor china, but why ruin the surprise. Sleep well China, but you might want to sleep with one eye open. Your comeuppance is nearly at hand. It’s a few minutes to midnight.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.....THEY REFUSE TO COVER THE COST OF RETURNING THEIR FAULTY GOODS AND ITS QUITE EXPENSIVE WHEN ITS A HEAVY ITEM BEING SHIPPED BACK FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY.......SHOCKING....DISGUSTING...

Don’t buy from this company!! They advertise their products as German technology, but they are made in China rubbish. There is no customer service , they do not answer their phones. They do not call back . Just keep on asking for videos to be sent of the faulty product , by different means. Any creditable company would either ask for the faulty product to be returned offering either a replacement or a refund. Not this company, please do not buy from them.

Extremely poor quality watch arrived not working way overpriced hype contacted them several times no answer. Avoid this company cheap overinflated rubbish

Handle with care - They dont follow up and it loks like they dont care if you got the Whole order or not. Bougt Several Helthcare watches .- recived them after 20 days - thats ok - but not until today recived the12 $ fast chargers. They only answer the first email, but don care of the others. Last time i order from them - obvious it is two Trustpilot review of Hyperstech. If I had seen them before ordrered - i would never have done it. The watches Works fine with iphone but dont work on Android mobiles.

Be prepared to receive items very late, the tracking email you will receive does not work.
After sales is none existent and very “don’t care attitude” I’m still waiting for items I paid for 2 months ago.
Spend a little extra and avoid this company.
