I’d have given them a zero star review…

I’d have given them a zero star review if I could.
I’ve dealt with this company, unknowingly, a few times and every one has turned out to be a scam.
They ship you products from within the USA, but if you want to affect a return you have to pay to send it back to China…at a prohibitive cost. I was told by a worker at the USPS that this is a common practice of these companies to force you to keep the very low quality products.
BEWARE and NEVER deal with Pawcify, Pawcivity or Kompressify

Totally ripped off

Totally ripped off. The item sent was not anything close to the item advertised on their site. No answer to my emails for a refund as advertised on their Instagram site as well as on Facebook. I paid 499 Swedish Kroner
