I was waiting more than 5 months for the delivery of my ordered item, even though it said it would only take 4 - 6 weeks. Permanent excuses for the delay followed, that is if my mails were answered at all. Many remained without a reply. As soon as I reported the problem to PayPal when the 180-day-deadline came closer, the seller got very busy to write me a cheeky message and cancelled my order. Beware of this scam shop!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. After ordering and trying to support a small business, I am left so disappointed and actually DISGUSTED. I ordered 2 shirts and received 1. No biggie. I emailed and texted the customer service line….no response. They did however, have time to respond to my fraud claim with the bank…and lied. My package came with just one shirt in the box-no packing slip. I would like my shirt or my money back…but I actually would like to have my shirt!!!

Very disappointed.

I have had an anklet from this company for many years and had no issues other than the gold wearing off. However I recently purchased a belly chain from them which took over a month to arrive (I get it there’s issues it happens). Once it arrived I was happy and wore it for about a week, maybe a week and a half and it suddenly has snapped.

After sending 2 emails with no response I messaged them on Instagram for a refund, however they don’t offer these and said they could repair the item, but only paying one way. After paying over £80 for this chain I really didn’t want to spend yet more money sending the item for repair as i am from the United Kingdom. This is still ongoing and I’m sure it will be resolved but after having this for a week I expected better quality for the price.
