Superb customer service. 100 % great company. If you want to find a company that has customer service and satisfaction at the front of their service. Ledger is it. What a wonderful company. Every time they prove to be a genuinly caring company with solving your issues at the center of their attention. Thank you so much. Thank's to ledger i found back lost funds while the shitty corrupted exchange Binance DID NOTHING FOR ME to find back while it was their mistake. They did absolutely nothing and just said too bad your funds are lost....i thought at first it was a ledger mistake so i turned to them. Binance pointed teh blame away to Ledger. But we found the issue and it was with Binance who caused it.....Because Ledger could not stand the unfair treatment and felt sorry for me.....Ledger took it upon themselves to guide me for two weeks through a process i would have never be able to do alone, recovering these funds, while they did not have to, They did it out of compassion. They could see i was lost. They spent a lot of time and money with that to keep going until i had my funds back...wow...so much respect...When my ledger battery malfucntioned. The issue was solved immediately but because i had worries that it might happen again they send me a new ledger as back up FOR FREE. Etc etc i have never been let down by them and they ALWAYS have solved every issue i had. Every single time. I trust Ledger 100 % ( yes even knowing there is a backdoor). The other wallets have far bigger down sides and customer service of Ledger can not be beaten. I absolutely advice this as the most trustworthy one to keep your funds.

Never too Old to Learn
I am 77 years old and less than knowledgeable regarding Crypto. I purchased some based on some research.
It has been a real steep climb.
After asking and checking I decided that the Ledger Wallet and Ledger Flex with Recovery were the way to go. The experience hase been out of this world.
Ledger Support is the most fascinating aspect. Communicating with a Bot is crazy wild. The Bot is very fast and accurate, totally unbelievable.
Really shocking how it works so well.
I am trying to absorb so much more information regarding Crypto and working in the system. Ledger and their Bot have helped tremendously.

I had not charged my Ledger Nano X…
I had not charged my Ledger Nano X device in over 3 years (not recommended). The device turned on and stayed on a particular screen: "Battery Charging Issues?"
I thought the device was broken and needed replacement. I reached out to customer service and I am glad I did. The chatbox was useful and when I required a live agent, the switch-over was instant. The initial service representative walked me through all the ins-and-outs of my device and how to update the firmware.
After the many software updates, I could not longer view my assets. I reached out to customer service again and the second representative reassured me that my assets were secure! He walked me through how to restore all my assets to where I could see them on the device and Ledger Wallet.
I am very, very satisfied with the customer service system with Ledger. Please reach out if you have an issue because they will help you.

I like the unit overall
I like the unit overall, but I do find the screen too small, and not very responsive. I also find Bluetooth connectivity to be flaky at times. Updates, and installs are painfully slow, and the last update caused connectivity issues, and the update / re-installing apps took a very long time, which meant I had no use of my phone or ledger. It's a good product, well made and seems to do what it's required to do.

Nano S upgrade path ..............
I recently found my Nano-S ledger will no longer sync with my phone. I recall being offered 20% off to upgrade to the Nano S Plus, I go to my account and see a photo of my Nano-S with the option to upgrade to the Nano S plus, but when I go to the offer I have to buy a screen model to get any discount ! Time to look at other options.

Ledger Nano S screen to Dim to use
Ledger Nano S screen is to Dim to use, no customer support. Customer support page just loops you back to the FAQ and a bot that loops you back to the support page/your order page.
For a wallet device to hold crypto this is unacceptable, as it is for holding assets long term. Terrible service to the customers.
Will not buy anyhting from ledger again.
