Once again i have found Macmillan a poor service. Macmillan do as little as possible in my frequent experience with them. They expect other community services which are rushed off their feet to pick up the needs of the patients. I am continually amazed that this service continues! It is expensive and useless in a time when the NHS should get rid of its excess baggage!
Ordered a set of Christmas cards a few days ago. The cards arrived speedily and well packaged and the eco friendly cards are a great design. I'd very happily buy my Christmas cards from Macmillan again.
This review is for the shop of Macmillan. The service is absolutely terrible and there is nobody in charge. I have ordered 50 Christmas cards last week Wednesday afternoon for a next day delivery, i.e. Friday as the relevant cut-off time was 1pm Thursday. Today, Monday 11am, there is still no delivery because the items are still sitting in the depot of parcelforce. This means, I haven't received anything on Friday and won't receive anything today. Obviously, for Christmas cards it would be helpful if they arrived in time for sending prior to the act. But what I found shocking is that nobody responded to my complaint and the people working there are totally oblivious to the fact the delivery times are not being met. Very disappointing.
