Arrived as expected

Excellent quality and service. My concern is that the products ordered came from Germany, I’m not one to complain but it seems strange an English football club sending orders out from there. You could have a team of Manchester lads and lasers picking and packing! Modern world we live in you’d have thought there would be a bit more consideration into the carbon footprint. Anyway that’s splitting hairs because I’m not really that bothered.

I was a bit skeptical at first but once I got the email confirmation I knew it was legit. My experience was overall great and I got my jersey really fast. I think having that interaction with the fans although virtual is important because we get the chance to share our feedback. I wore my jersey today from my favorite footballer and everyone was impressed as to how beautiful it looks

Shipping was easily received. Came well packaged everything came great. My son loved his new jersey.

It is not the quality I ordered and I can’t return it, as they indicated I had it personalized. I did not, I ordered a jersey that had a players name on it.

UPDATE: Not Happy! Unfortunately despite checking the US equivalent size chart, it was not clear (but certainly buried in the description) this was a slim fit. Unfortunately also buried in the various notes was this player printed name jersey is non-returnable. This is never the case in the US for player jerseys, and rather than just simply puting it where most consumers would see it, I now have a very expensive gift for noone.
Consider modernizing your return policy since most fans are lifetime customers and consumers of the Man City brand.
Oh, by the way, you did sell me another larger jersey as a replacement gift for my son. Well played! I'm such a, what's the British slang word...oh yeah, mug.

First Review: My family are new fans in Chicago. Ordered a Jersey for my son for his B-day, and it is awesome. The gift box kicks it up a level. The best part is it took only 4 business days to get the gift from the Netherlands. Very pleased with the service and product. Made it with a day to spare!

User friendly

Trying to order a not insignificant away 25/26 goalkeeper kit in pink (>£130 for the lot). I want this kit to wear for Manchester Pride this year. Absolute disaster across mobile and laptop. Website will add the shirt and the socks but it can't seem to add the shorts, no matter how hard you try. No luck. No obvious reason, just a bug in the machine and it just cost you a sale... Website is full of bugs and needs reviewing properly and not just being a machine to take your money and get your details. I'm really disappointed...

You are doing well but the shipment is complicated

Well you did fine and shipping was great. The jersey was very nice. However, I can’t wear the large and I am told I can’t return it because it has a player name. I don’t understand because it is a player name, not my name and I am sure you would sell it again. So, great product and I just wish I could wear it.
