Good Store with Reliable Service and Quality Clothes
I had a genuinely good experience shopping here. The website is easy to use, everything was clearly described, and what I received matched exactly what I saw online. The clothes are well-made, comfortable, and feel like they’ll last. The sizing was accurate too, which is rare these days.
Delivery took a bit longer but the items were packed neatly, without any damage or unnecessary waste.
Overall, it’s a reliable store with good quality clothes and straightforward service. Nothing over the top, just done properly and professionally, which is exactly what you want when you order.
Will definitely consider buying from them again in the future.

Do not order from this company! They take your money, say it’s despatched, the item never arrives, you get no updates from Mango, you have to chase it yourself. It has taken five weeks to get an answer and request a refund. I haven’t had the refund yet so let’s hope I do!!

Order items that never arrived. Contacted customer service who advised that they will request the delivery company to return the items to Mango. It's clear the items have been lost by the delivery company. Mango are refusing to refund me despite having proof the items were not delivered. I've been chasing for 3 days now and get the rudest customer care staff on both chat and the phone. DO NOT order online unless you want to lose your money.
No cancellations/delivery address change
Placed order at 11:40 p.m. No customer service is available until 9 a.m. the next day. At 9:05 a.m. I contact Mango to cancel the order. I am told order paid by Klarna can only be refunded when paid in full. Klarna website policy and customer service clearly state they have no problems cancelling/refunding orders. Mango insists it only applies to fully paid orders.
I ask Mango to cancel the order that has not been prepared for shipment yet - refuse. I ask them to change delivery address - they can't help you. They told me to reach to shipping carrier once the order is shipped. Insane.
Terrible quality items
Terrible quality items. Worn once, washed according to label guidelines and they went completely out of shape & basically unwearable after one wash. Bought in store while on holidays & was told i had to travel back to the same store in another COUNTRY from where I am to TRY return it for a POSSIBLE refund. Eventually they agreed I could courier the item at my own cost and they would review it and decide if I would receive a refund or not. The whole process is made as difficult as possible to prevent customers actually ever returning this companies poor quality, below average items which are sold at premium prices.
Used to like mango but wont be shopping online or in store from them again.
Over a Year of Poor Service and Still Missing a Refund
I have been dealing with Mango for over a year regarding a refund for two returned skirts, and the service has been absolutely appalling. Two skirts were bought online and returned in a physical shop. Refund was supposed to happen automatically. This did not happen. Despite multiple follow-ups physically and online, Mango has only refunded one of the skirts, and even then, they failed to cover the necessary bank transfer fee, leaving me with a loss.
Here are the details:
First skirt returned on 20/06/2024
Second skirt returned on 11/08/2024
I have been refunded only 304 DKK for the first skirt, and 55 DKK was deducted as a transfer fee that Mango should have covered. This means I’m still owed 414 DKK (359 DKK for the second skirt and 55 DKK for the transfer fee). Despite all the evidence and repeated emails, this issue has gone unresolved for far too long.
Mango's customer service has been incredibly unhelpful. I’ve been forced to chase down this refund for over a year, and I am still left without a solution. This is not how a company should treat its customers.
I expect immediate action and a full refund of the remaining amount.
Avoid Mango if you don’t want to deal with endless delays and poor customer service.

No no no. Awful. From customer service to the returns process. Give it a miss. Plus the outlet store doesn’t adhere to the conditions of the main store so beware. You can’t return outlet stuff as there are no physical stores. This is the only free returns method. Cunning. Unfair.
Mean and not in a good way
I bought a cashmere beanie, unless the model has a head the size of an apple, this isn’t the hat that was photographed. It’s the meanest beanie, like a swimming cap and so thin they’ll be no warmth. Really not great

Appalling, appalling, appalling. Do not buy online from them. Order still not despatched over a week after placing it and now being told over a week for the refund! Painful to deal with them
Good experience for me
I decided to leave a review because there’s a lot of bad ones in here but my experience was very good. Easy to order, quickly dispatched. I had a delivery query and was able to speak to a human on the customer service line who explained that part of the order was at a store and not in the warehouse so the order would be sent on from store. I didn’t keep my items but the return was easy and free of charge. My return was quickly processed. My only gripe would be that the size of packaging for the items was insanely ridiculous and I had to consider the time I dropped the parcel off so it wouldn’t inconvenience the shop too much. Otherwise my experience was very good.

My advice would be don’t bother. I ordered a dress for a funeral and looking at the tracking it is being returned to sender without any attempted delivery (to the post office I selected). No reason given whatsoever. Customer service useless-don’t answer the question and then just leave the chat immediately. The person I did speak to couldn’t offer any refund for the delivery fee or a code for free delivery to redeliver the dress. His advice was to use the 24hr delivery service they have - YEAH RIGHT!!
Don’t bother unless you love being frustrated and going round in circles trying to get answers.
I wouldn’t be surprised if I don’t get my refund and if this company goes under real soon. Truly useless.
Joke of a company
I was excited about my green tweed jacket, and even though it took long for it to be delvered i was patient.
Finally it arrived I opened it and wow what a disaster !!
One sleeve undone and much shorter than the other! It was visible and the most obvious flaw among the rest of flaws on the jacket. What a joke of a company !!
Microplastics
When I see a dress priced at £189 and when I look at material composition and it’s 98% polyester, I’m like: nah! Not gonna go for this ripp off. intoxication from micro plastic guaranteed! Would I want to get poisoned and pay for it?

My order has been lost and I have been refused a refund. Atrocious experience, will never be shopping with them again. I would suggest those who have had similar issues lodge a complaint with RetailADR who may be able to force action.

Ordered a blazer (not cheap) on 7th of September. Product wasn't delivered in the 5 working days they commited and since then I don't have any update and everytime I ask they don't offer any solution.
Still is written that I can return or exchange the item 30 days from the dispatching date. So a total scam as there already 11 days and no update.
Day 7…
Day 7…. Still no delivery. Each time I contacted Customer Services I was informed the delivery was due ‘today’. Someone send Mango the definition of ‘Today’, please. Awful experience. Will not be shopping with Mango again.

I was in Mango looking for kitties heels because I broke my right ankle 6 months ago. The store assistant actually walk me to Zara with a shoe I was purchasing just to ensure it was the right color.
