I ordered three JTS FGM62s but unfortunately they were out of stock (time between choosing and final ordering to blame). I was immediately contacted and told there was a long lead time (2+ weeks) and offered a refund. I chose to wait. About a week later, I enquired about a delivery date and they couldn't commit to my required date (27th Feb) however they recommeded a suitable alternative (FGM-62T), including clearly explaining the difference, which was immediately available. They arrived next day.

One of the capsules had an excess noise issue (always a risk with technology) however a replacement was with me the following day.

Items have all been well packaged and the person I was dealing with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would happily buy from them again or recommend them to someone.

On top of everything else, excellent prices, which is why I chose to shop with them in the first place.

I am very happy with my purchase from Matrix productions and would be happy to use again.

I bought a condenser mic from Matrix and found them very helpful. I wasn't sure exactly what type of mic I needed for the job I was doing, but the chap I spoke to was extremely helpful and recommended exactly the right thing. Job done!
