Horrible service!! top level of horrible customer service on MediaMarkt Basel SBB. Spent there 30 minutes watching sales people talking to each other instead of serving customers. Then I asked for an iphone 16e and been refuse to get one without cover. If I want to buy a phone, and only phone I should be able to get one. But to reach the point of buying anything I had to bother them. Then I orderded online Aircondition, paid and later that day they storno my order as they run out of stock. But still have not received money back. Stay away from this total horrible non-customer oriented store. Nightmare.

The team's focus on customer support and making my experience as seamless as possible, was impressive. I am a foreign coming into the country and not speaking German, and the team's effort to talk with me in a language that it is not their native language was amazing. All clearly explained, best solutions that adjust to my needs were always provided. Amazing experience

Amazing staff and support. I am new to Netherland , Youssef was very courteous and ensure the buying process goes very smooth. He did paper process really fast and did get me my new connection quickly.

It was easy to find a product and the description was good easy to pay and order and delivered the next day, the only thing was the communication between the delivery and myself on when my product was arriving, a little more accurate time of delivery would have been helpful.

I bought a light bulb for my oven. After two days the bulb burned out. The wire inside got broken while the bulb was in the oven and the bulb stopped emitting light. I brought the bulb to Mediamarkt in Dietlikon where I bought it and asked for a refund. They refused saying I might have dropped it on the floor.
