Avoid, avoid, avoid!! No customer service at all. Emailed over and over again due to issue with my purchase but not one single response. Terrible company.

Very bad quality clothing.

Ordered a personalised t shirt for my daughter’s birthday and the quality is absolutely rubbish. It looks like the printer has given up half way through with white lines on it.

I tried to contact via email twice and the emails were rejected as undelivered. I’ve also tried to speak on social media - ignored.

Considering using a chargeback.

I would personally not buy the ‘official’ products again. Shop elsewhere Etsy, eBay etc.

No customer service at all. I bought a sweatshirt 2 months ago which arrived promptly and looked great. One wash in (per the washing instructions) and the lettering had started to come off, 2 washes in and it was really faded such that the Roger Hargreaves signature was barely visible. I’ve written 5 times to ask the company to help rectify the issue, through two email addresses and the website and nothing. No response and no help. Very poor customer service once the initial transaction is over. Very disappointed in them and the product.

I'm a huge Mr Men fan and have quite the collection now, but I didn't ever have anything personalised...until now! Just such a fun collection of gifts the possibilities are endless. I'll be buying loads for friends of mine now I've seen the quality. FAB!

Poor packaging, even worse customer service. No way to speak to a human and have to wait well over 48hours for any response! Paid £18.95 for a smashed mug

I was very skeptical due to the reviews however with the spice girls little miss books costing £9.99 with free postage and triple (£30.00) from other sites i decided to take a chance. Ordered, paid and recieved confirmation instantly, 3 days later delivered to my door when stated on time. Glad I did it, saved a lot of money and have the gifts I needed.

Rubbish. I placed an order and paid for it but did not receive a confirmation email. Every time I tried to email the company to ask about it, I was asked to prove I was not a robot by choosing the boxes with a palm tree or with a boat or with traffic lights or whatever, but after doing this, I was never told that my message had been sent. Is this a scam site? Is it based in the UK? It gives prices in pounds sterling but I have my suspicions. It is also ridiculously expensive for what it sells–£18.95 for an enamel mug.

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched after 2 weeks. Cannot get hold of the company despite emailing and calling. Have no confidence things will arrive before Christmas if at all.

Items arrived on Christmas Eve (phew!).

I have to say the quality is excellent and I would buy again (and indeed have) as they make excellent gifts, just order a long time in advance at Christmas

Absolutely shocking !! Ordered a stocking on 20th November and it won’t be here in time for Christmas !! Shocking delivery service and was very rude to me over email!!

I ordered a family portrait from the mr men website. I had the option of purchasing with it without a frame. I decided on the frame as even though it was expensive, I wanted it to be framed professionally. Unfortunately the picture arrived and it was not centered. I contacted mr men to be told to fix it myself and they would give me 20% of the cost back. I refused this ridiculous offer. I wanted a satisfactory product, not a small amount of money back. I could not recommend this company. I was extremely disappointed.

Process for ordering, delivery and customer service response was very good. The problem is with the quality of the Personalised Placemats and Coasters. They are expensive and look to be good quality but they do not last. Of the 10 pieces I ordered 2 months ago, 2 are chipped and 1 is starting to peel apart. The amount of use the placemats and coasters have had is minimal.

The company have offered refund or replacement but I need to pay for return postage. I believe this should be covered as the issue is one of quality. I also wonder how long until the remaining pieces start having the same issues,
