The best company!! Such quality products!

Love this company!! Super nice and you get a FREE flip trip and stickers with every order! Shipping is super fast (I’ve only ever had delayed shipping like twice and I’ve ordered at least 10 times) will definitely order again and again

Nature backs has very good quality shirts and I appreciate the fact that they are using organic ones. They ship very fast and include stickers and a flip trip with every order which is nice. I have not personally had any issues with shipping but I do know people that have never received their package and have reached out and got the issue resolved. The company overall is great and the shirts are awesome!

In mid-June I bought 5 shirts, paying 18 € for priority shipping - the highest cost proposed (as indicated on the naturebacks.com website) because I am in Italy.
I contacted customer support for the first time after 2 weeks from the shipment asking for updates: they replied that if it had not arrived immediately they would have refunded the money for the shipment.
I contact them again after 3 weeks: the tone of the answers changes and they tell me that I have not selected priority shipping and that nothing will be refunded. They do not know how to give me certain information on where this package is, which, by contacting the Italian Post Office, I discover that it is not yet in Italy after more than a month from the shipment from the USA.

I am sure that the product is of quality, but in terms of shipping management and customer service, they can improve. A lot!

Terrible company! Rude customer service and rediculous returns policy - unable to return if outside the US. Advise to state that size guide is available to order accurate sizes - not as simple as that in many cases! Return policy not clear. Rude customer adviser states that is is. Avoid avoid avoid! Waste of money and not even great quality. If item is damaged you are basically left to deal with it!
