I bought 2 Oran Outang soft toys for my 4 year old son. We had previously purchased this soft toy at the Jardin des Plantes in Paris and were delighted to find the same model on the website because my son just lost his soft toy and was inconsolable. When I received the package, I realized that the plush toy did not match the photo on the site. I immediately contacted customer service who invited me to return the package on my own. Returning a package from France costs the price of 1 stuffed toy! I had not planned to return the stuffed animals and especially not to pay such a sum to replace a lost cuddly toy.

I bought a circle sea turtle puzzle in Missouri (do not remember where as we were at a lot of different places). Get home from our vacation and went to put the puzzle together and a piece was missing. Contacted Nature Planet through email and they told me they couldn’t help me that I had to go through where I bought it. I explained I wasn’t sure where. Still haven’t heard a word back. Will never ever buy anything that has that name in it again. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been collecting the giraffe series of djembe drums every time I’ve visited Longleat recently. Sadly on our last visit they had sold out, and didn’t know when they would get more in due to our current circumstances. However, they advised me where they got their supplies from so, I contacted Nature Planet via messenger as I only needed one more to complete my collection. Michael went out of his way to help me find the last one I needed. Outstanding customer service, very helpful and the product arrived quickly. It matches the colour perfectly with the others I’ve already got and was the exact size I was looking for. Thank you, top customer service!

Hello I'm afraid I have no idea what your email says but I do understand 5stars and that is my feedback. I love the Woolly Mammoth and I'm sure my grandson will too. He has been fascinated by mammoths for a while and I have just read him The Ice Monster as art of our family distanced-communicaiton in the these challenging times so it seems very appropriate.

Ordered the 22cm chimp for our daughter. She has one already, but just being prepared if she loses him. Sadly for us but not for her, the sizes are out. The 22cm one comes at about 30cm from feet to head so he was too big. We then ordered the medium and small just to make sure we got the correct size. Our daughter is made up with her new family of chimps. Amazing quality thanks. And arrived in uk only days after ordering. Would have given 5 stars if the sizes were correct.
