De zaken niet op orde ten koste van de klant

Ik heb een laptop met scherm en andere verwante producten ter waarde van ruim €1500 besteld op 25 februari. De producten zouden de volgende dag bezorgd worden, dit is niet gebeurt, dus nooit in ontvangst genomen. Waarop ik de bestelling telefonisch heb geannuleerd en daarop heb ik een bevestiging ontvangen. Dan verwacht je dat het geld snel wordt teruggestort. Ik heb 4 maal met de klantenservice gebeld over de terugstorting. Zij schijnen te wachten totdat de spullen terug zijn, terwijl ik de order al heb geannuleerd en dus geen enkele invloed daarop heb. Nu krijg ik op 4 maart een bericht dat ik de spullen moet ophalen op een afhaalpunt. Ik hoef de spullen niet, maar wil mijn geld terug. Je kan dan weer bellen, maar er gebeurt niets. Coolblue NOOIT meer!
