Very poor service ,no refund or exchange even though in packet

I would not recommend this site . I ordered a pack of 10 replacement brushes which stated were for 10 series. I has assumed this was a legitimate site , they arrived oddly in 10 individual packets . I opened one to put on my electric toothbrush and it was not compatible . I went back with photos and asked for a refund on an exchange on the 9 unopened replacement brushes. They have refused a refund and even says they do no exchange. I even sent photos , definitively avoid , think this is not Oral B , I’m going to take this further as I’m sure I’m entitled to a refund as they advertised as compatible . Watch out when you order to make sure you are very clear it’s ok

Appalling customer service.

I have used Oralb products for many years and was looking to replace my electric toothbrush with the i09. My dentist had given me an Oral-B voucher entitled 'Your Exclusive Offer' which offered the product at the discounted price of £180.

However, the Oral-B website did not recognise this voucher so I phoned the Careline team on the provided number. The operator advised me to speak directly to on-line ordering operator. I explained the problem and the operator confirmed that the offer was genuine and he guided me through the process- which was exactly the same as I had done unsuccessfully 15 minutes earlier! The operator also replicated a dummy order. Both failed.

At this stage I assumed that he would put the order in for me at the discounted price - a procedure that normally takes place at countless other companies when a software glitch occurs.

Not so with Oral-B! The salesman left me high and dry and advised me to take it up with dentist - as if she could do anything about it!

I asked if I could speak to a supervisor but none were available.

Up until now I have always regarded Oral-B as a good product but I have to say your Customer Service Sucks! Your product is not cheap and you no longer have the monopoly on electric toothbrushes. I will be looking elsewhere!
