Ordered a book called Peppa Goes Swimming. Pages were ripped out and hardback book is falling apart. Very disappointed.

Not answering emails or delivering any books.
Placed an order for 12 books before noon and paid for tracked next day delivery. A week later and I have received nothing. They won't answer any emails, no phone number to contact. All the books were in stock. The courier won't get involved, they are aware of the order but say that they are still expecting it from the supplier (shop.penguin.co.uk)
