Solid customer service experience, good product

Despite being initially concerned about this retailer (some mixed reviews, image of a mom-and-pop shop who might not be able to handle int'l customers, etc), I had a pleasant experience.

I bought an Olimpia Spledid A/C from them. The logistics were not straightforward as they had to ship it internationally and there were other - smaller - complications. They handled everything well and they communicated very promptly on Whatsapp. The product came at a very competitive price and served us well during its first summer of deployment.

Overall I'm happy with them, thanks for the good service and product!

Bought a Ariston Genus One boiler…

Bought a Ariston Genus One boiler (€1738.08 from this company which was delivered very quickly from this Company. However, when I opened the box the boiler was damaged with a broken control box(where the electrics are kept and control panel on the front is attached) with a broken hinge and clips. Having contacted this Company about this problem they sent me a return label on 04/10/2024 and I am still waiting for this item to be picked up from 10/102024 me to receive my refund on it's return. I think this Company is a 3rd person Company or they sell seconds/damaged items on without saying on their site. Also this boiler did not come with its flue smoke outlet whhich it should have done and there is no link on their site to buy one. This Companies search only brings up their main sales group menu's which is useless (as uselss as a chocolate teapot) if you want to search a particular item. Trying to get this Company to pick up a return with their return label attached is a nightmare. Been waiting in for 4 days now for their courier to turn up and still waiting. All promises and no go on the return. I hope Paypal can sort this out now as I have lost my patience with this Company. Beware to take this in mind when you purchase as they will mess you about to have the item picked up from youself. I trusted this Company at 1st but I have no trust in this Company what so ever.

I would like to reassure you that we do not sell second hand items. The integrity of the products and the service we provide is of paramount importance to us. In this case, it appears that there was damage during delivery, and we are sorry that the product arrived damaged.

I also understand that the delay in collecting the return is always due to the shipper. As you already know, we immediately contacted the courier to expedite the collection of the boiler and ensure that the return and refund of the amount spent is completed.

Regarding the flue pipe, it has not been included because it is a product sold separately.

We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our processes. Our goal is always to provide a high quality service, and we are sorry that on this occasion we have not lived up to your expectations.
