Mystery box left me very surprised.
I ordered a mystery box from what I believed was a 100% plant based service, as advertised on the website.
Unfortunately I received two items which were made using aanimal products.
The customer service team were kind enough to refund me the cost of the order (but not the cost of postage).
Still, it is a shame that the values purported on the website should be undermined by producing food which is not plant based.

Whilst the majority of the products we create are plant-based, our mystery boxes contain items created for both our retail and food service customers in order to minimise any food waste which unfortunately are not all vegan. Your feedback has been taken on board and we will avoid including non-vegan products in our mystery boxes in future so that everyone is able to enjoy them.

I regularly order falafel and Homous from Ramona. Best taste of falafel in the UK hands down! Spinach/kale falafel and Red pepper Homous are my favorite! My wife loves the Jalapeno Houmous. I usually have them next to green salad and my wife have the homous on a toast. It's healthy food and lovely taste. I always re-order right before my fridge stock finishes! :) Thank you Ramona team!

Great falafels
Great falafels - have previously bought in store but was delighted to find that you can get them online. Fantastic taste. Excellent service - they arrived well insulated and ready to go in the freezer.

What a good idea
What a good idea, handy sealed portions of garlic, chilli and ginger. No waste as they’ll keep for ages. Their hummous is delicious too.
