I’ve been ordering Real Madrid Authentic Jerseys over the years and it’s always been a professional experience. Getting jerssey from the best club in the world from their store in Spain is honestly something I will always cherish. I live in California and it’s my dream to go to a game but yes I always love the fact that the jerseys I wear come from the club store and not some store in America. I’ll always purchase the authentic kit from the club store that’s the only way. And you can see my history. I didn’t just start purchasing this year. Yes it’s always a 5 star experience and I appreciate Real Madrid so much for the joy they’ve brought me over the years. I always get compliments on my jersey and when people ask where I got it I always say from the Club Store in Spain at the Santiago Bernabeu

I am a Real Madrid fan for many years. But this experience is terrible, every year I buy the shirts of the year for me and my son. It took a long long time. And then after it arrived I got another bill for the taxes. All cost should be included to see how much is the total. I have not bought these articles. Very disappointed. I won't be using the store anymore.

After making a $300 purchase, I got hit with $150 in unexpected tariffs. I did not know that the tariff amount would be that high and it was meant to be a birthday gift, I wish that it would’ve been communicated at the time of purchase

My order made on December 18,2025 , which unfortunately was never delivered within the time frame originally provided.

After waiting for an extended period without updates, I had to contact your team multiple times by phone and email just to receive information about my package. I was later informed that the order had been returned to the store and that a refund would be issued. While I appreciate that a refund was processed, I noticed that the full amount I originally paid has not been reimbursed.

This situation has been very frustrating, as the delay and return were not due to any action on my part.

I received a ill from FedEx for $89 after paying $150 for my son's jersey. I'll never order again. This ended up being the most expensive soccer jersey in LIFE!!!

jersey is nice but the quality of the personalization is not the best. some letters were left with plastic covering on them and other letters was crinkled and wrinkly. would just spend on a regular jersey at a sports store next time and skip out on the expensive, disappointing personalization.
