Bestellung und Zahlungsabwicklung problemlos, Versand dauerte ca. 1 Woche. Länger als Amazon, aber ist halt auch nicht Amazon und für einen kleinen Einzelkämpfershop mehr als OK. Alles in Ordnung.

Unzuverlässig. Viel.zu lange Auslieferung
Unzuverlässig. Selbst zwei Wochen nach Bestellung eines Audiobooks, das normalerweise schon bereit zur Lieferung bzw Download bereit stehen müsste, gibt es keine Auslieferung. Die Kommunikation ist dürftig, es werden nur schlappe Ausreden geliefert.

Ja, es dauert alles etwas länger als beim großen A, doch sie setzen Himmel und Hölle in Bewegung, um zu liefern, auch wenn alles gerade schwierig ist. Was akut komplett nicht zu beschaffen ist, wird nachgeliefert. Preise sind durchwachsen (wo nicht), aber auch echte Schnapper dabei. Dass sie mit DHL liefern, macht es für mich deutlich besser planbar. Ich werde bestimmt wieder da bestellen.
