Pessimi! Sconsigliato fortemente

Ho ricevuto un ordine di 10 confezioni di salsiccia fresca, NESSUNA delle quali era sottovuoto, come dichiarato nel sito. Ogni pacchetto ricevuto pesa intorno ai 400-425 grammi (compresa la confezione), mentre sul sito è dichiarato il peso di 500 grammi a confezione. Ciò significa che ho ricevuto all'incirca 4 kg di prodotto al posto dei 5 kg ordinati (e pagati !!!).
Inoltre, nonostante abbia pagato 12 € per la spedizione refrigerata, tutti i prodotti nel pacco sono arrivati a temperatura ambiente.
Ho mandato una mail al servizio clienti ma, a distanza di una settimana, nessuno si è degnato di rispondermi.
Mai più... di alternative ce ne sono tante!
