Absolutely hopeless, stay away from them

I thought Shelly were meant to be a good company, how wrong I was.

I have a plug, that took 4 times longer to deliver than they said it would, that randomly turns itself off.

Support is hopeless, will take this up with PayPal to try to get a refund.

Steer clear of this company.

Worst products ever

Worst products ever. Purchased 18 bulbs less than a year ago, 9 no longer work. Combined with an app that is the worst ever, steer clear.

Shelly EM

Ordered a Shelly EM on July 9th, dispatched on the 11th and recieved on the 18th - I've yet to install it myself - I'll get a pro to do that, but thus far the experience has been a good one

Several good experiences. Good customer support.

Purchased from them many times (around 8). Shipment are normally fast but during promotions sometimes they handle the orders with some days of delay. In a couple of occastions I got my order shipped without being notified. The manjority of the times the order was shipped before the expected day but during the black friday it took 2 weeks.
I went through their support a couple of times and it was always great! Since they sell devices that may be subject to improper installation they ask you many questions before reaching a conclusion (and I think is normal). In my case both devices were replaced free of charge.

Slow delivery even when in stock

Ordered on 28 July. Email says 7-10 days. now on August 11th and still not even in my country yet.
This is with paid shipping. I've ordered things from China with free shipping that have arrived more quickly than this.
