I regret buying this product.
I regret buying this product.
Very poor communication via email or contact form, and very expensive for a device that breaks down after 4 years.
Be aware------
This is how the warranty of the product is offered on the homepage of the website:
"All the workpieces and elements we use are of the highest quality and tested to ensure you longevity and safety.
This does not apply to the most vulnerable part: the electrical components!!! Mine broke down after just a few years! In that case, there is no repair service, only a suspicion of what might be broken and a proposal to replace the entire electrical section.

Thank you very much for your honest feedback.
We regret that your appliance has developed a fault in its electrical components after a few years. As explained in our warranty terms and conditions, the 30-year warranty applies to the steel radiator. Electrical components have a shorter warranty period due to the technical stresses they are subjected to. We fully understand that this has caused you dissatisfaction.
Nevertheless, in order for us to offer you a cost-effective solution, we would be happy to check whether a repair is possible or whether a replacement module would be the better option. Our team is available to assist you at any time.
