DO NOT BUY!!!

DO NOT BUY!!!
You will not be able to return once you try
to use, because it is considered medical equipment. This is wrong, I have returned several blood pressure monitors; expensive one i.e. Omron. I’ve even gotten a refund for condoms(Which i consider medical equipment as well) bought trojans, but they sucked, got a refund; use Sir Richards, best condoms ever.
Anyway, the customer service department is meager, and not knowledgeable. Only coaches are well versed in product information, but it takes several frustrating phone calls to get one on the line; they will call you, they are not on demand.
Bottom line, this company is out to make a buck, understandable, that is how business works, but they need to be helpful to their clients, and not hide behind the guise of being medical equipment.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service - for a luxury pump.
Bought a pump and immediately following they providing a healthcare provider discount. Called in and was told to fill in a survey and everything would be taken care of... Didn't hear anything from them for over a week and when I contacted them again, they essentially told me I was out of luck. Called again and now they're looking into it again.
It doesn't bode well and I'm looking into just returning it (and just absorbing the restocking and shipping fees) to avoid having to deal with their inconsistent customer service. I used a medela pump with my last pregnancy and they went above and beyond with being supportive. It's a shame willow pump is using a pandemic "support" discount as a grab for free advertising.
