Poor service and delivery

Same issues as others. Ordered a four pack for my son for Christmas over two weeks ago but still haven’t gotten it or any idea where it’s at.

I ordered two items on 25th November…

I ordered two items on 25th November 2024, still haven’t arrived (18th December 2024). I ring up each day leaving messages for them to call me back but have heard nothing. Money was taken from my bank account on 27th November. These items were Christmas presents, so frustrating. If they can’t supply the items, let us know and refund our money.

Still waiting for refund or a response

I ordered a shirt which had to be returned. I have waited 15 days for this I know they have received it over 8 days ago. I ring the phone is put down I've emailed and got no satisfaction. I want my refund I'm a 70 year old pensioner and in this day and age waiting this long for a refund is unacceptable

wolves club shop staff

i recently had a accident to my left knee im off work whilst it gets better .my wife suggested going to wolves club shop to treat me to the new home top .after buying the top one off the staff asked me what had happened to me .she then said would i like to have some pictures taken by the pitch with my wife .to cheer me up after my accident
i found it a really nice kind thing for her to do for me .
i did not get her name which is a shame & i cant thank her enough .a credit to wolves football club .so thank you

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Took 7 days before my delivery even left the building. Customer services said that the website says it might take while to dispatch. Unacceptable.

Ordered kids football shirt from the…

Ordered kids football shirt from the online store, got a note saying it would be in stock in a couple of weeks. Two weeks later I got an email to say the goods had been despatched and even got a tracking number. 3 days later the tracking number shows the goods haven’t even left the warehouse. No way to check with Wolves - appalling customer service. If they take your money and tell you the goods are on the way, but they aren’t - isn’t that fraud?

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY CLOTHING NOW BEING SOLD.

Poor service again

Poor service again, placed an order on line, item out of stock on 27th September told item would be available & dispatched week of 25th October item never arrived.
Have tried emailing as no one answers the phones but no response.
Very poor.

Only a one star rating because I cant give a zero

Ordered £200 worth of merchandise. Advised by Hermes they had it but it was never delivered. As per the Hermes site advice, I contacted the vendor to expedite. First Wolves have set up their system to prevent you speaking to online sales staff by phone. You cannot go into the shop to discuss as they say its a different dept. The only recourse is via a “communication” portal on the website. After receiving an automated email registering the issue I received no response for three weeks. After numerous portal messages chasing I got an email back saying they were looking into the problem. You cannot respond to this email as it is an unmonitored address.

I received no more responses (though the club sends daily emails trying to sell me other stuff). I then demanded a refund as it had been over a month since I registered a problem. This was granted within a day - obviously easier than actually trying to sort the problem or send a replacement. (Not even an apology).

I understand mistakes happen. What isn't acceptable is the rank bad service, rudeness and disrespect shown towards myself and the other people on here. This Chronic communication stems from, and is allowed by management, - whoever is in charge of this abject, failing process should should be looking for a new job.

Sept 2021 i got robbed aswl.DO NOT BUY A DAMN THING

I ordered a shirt from a friend of mine who lives in Mexico and wanted the 9 raul shirt.i ordered it 2 days ago paid the extra 8quid for express delivery and I have not had no other e mail apart from the confirmation.im reading these reviews now and am fuc××n pissed.76quid and a joke of a club.im a gooner and never get dealt this way by arsenal club shop.i use to like wolves the Steve bull days but now after the manager left any kind of found feelings I had for this club have been robbed just like my 76quid.its sept 22 2021.dont buy a thing from this club, further more become a arsenal fan we don't rob our supporters

After this I did revive the shirt late it was a lot longer time but got there

Very Poor

Like a good many others I wish I had not ordered "on-line". I've been waiting almost 3 weeks and as others have already stated, my order is "processing" despite the club taking my money within 48 hours of me placing the order. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. This will certainly be the last time I order online.

Disgusting customer service DO NOT BUY any of their merchandise they will take your money but you won’t receive anything. Made numerous phone calls and emails and had absolutely nothing back. Never again will I buy anything from these 😡

Do not order from this shop

I will give this one, only because I had one response out of my six e mails, ordered a polo shirt on the 19th of August paid for express delivery and it is now the 12th September and no delivery, went on my account and it just says processing like everyone else, ordered for my father in law for his birthday the end of august as he is a avid wolves fan but won’t be buying again from this site. Will now be contacting my bank to get a refund as they are not returning my e mails and the phone number doesn’t connect to get my money back as in my eyes this is fraud, due to the number of people having the same problem.

Reading other reviews, there's clearly a dispatch or stock issue as others are reporting the same. Disgraceful Wolves Megastore, never again.
