WWE Shop equals poor customer service

Here is an e-mail I sent to the company. Pretty much sums up how I feel...

“I’m so irritated right now with your customer service. I will explain this one more time, even though I’ve talked to three different people on the phone and emailed at least twice.

My friend bought me a shirt, had it mailed to me. I didn’t like it so I sent it back asking for an exchange. I did everything I was told to do. I NEVER received a new shirt. I called, was told that my friend received a refund instead. He has NOT received one. So, I have no shirt and he is short the money. How is this fair?

Now I’ve already went and ordered my own so I would LOVE a credit to the store or for him to actually be refunded as I was wrongly informed he was. I have attached the info from the original order.”

What Customer Service?!?!?

I ordered Nia Jax shirt "Im not like most girls". They sent me her old shirt "Im not like most". Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES! Everytime I would call and complain they would never look further into the problem on what was happening and they honestly didnt even believe me when I told them she had another shirt. The last time I called the rep they wanted me to pay for shipping to return the shirt! Horrible experience worst customer service ever. If you cared about your customers who are paying YOUR salary you would own up to your mistakes and offer something free on top of the return thats happend THREE times. INSANE!

My order 03372929 at October 11th was wrongly delivered to somebody i don't know. I have sent many emails to WWE customers service but every one still remains without any reply, any positive feedback that i will have my order returns or refund. Ok, Santa has gone yestarday and my nephew is still crying...
I do not recomend WWE since Customers service just ignore their customers!

Got charged for shipping costs and was …

I paid WWE (through official website) shipping costs and was not made aware of extra charges that would be added such as paying a customs charge upon receipt of my order. I have ended up paying £27 for overall delivery charges for a kids short sleeved T-shirt and a glass tumbler! When I challenged WWE about the customs charge refused to pay or refund it. Disgusting customer service and will not use the site again!

Miserable experience

As others have mentioned, buying at WWE Shop is one of the most miserable experiences an on online shopper can come across.

Since my Black Friday order still hasn't been processed after more than 10 days and I couldn't reach any support, I decided to reorder the shirt. There is no option to cancel the order, but I thought they can not charge me twice as I can't have a negative balance on my debit card. Well, I thought wrong, because on the day I made another order with the same item, they decided to charge me for the Black Friday one and ship the item the next day. However, the next day they also somehow managed to charge me for the second order, so now I am left with a negative balance on my Visa Electron and expecting the same item twice.

My Account states that both orders are still 'being processed' and haven't been shipped yet. However, after finding a working e-mail address on Google, some guy assured me that the items have already been sent, so go figure.

It's hard to believe one of the biggest entertainment companies on the planet has such a lousy online store that requires almost two weeks to ship an item that was never out of stock.

Terrible Service - 18 days to post ONE t-shirt

Ordered a t-shirt from them which was just before Black Friday but was apparently in stock on the website for my sons birthday. After 2 phone calls from myself chasing the item, and absolutely no correspondence from WWE, the t shirt is today being sent EIGHTEEN days after I ordered it.
Previous 2 Customer service employees were apologetic and helpful but just had a blazing row with the CS Manager to try and get my postage back - which in view of the appalling customer service I feel is justified. Terrible, terrible, terrible. At the very least I suggest an email to apologise for the delay - other things have been delayed due to B F but not to this extent, and every other company have made contact over this and kept me in the loop. Wish I’d read the comments from previous customers before ordering!!!! Feel sorry for my son, as won’t now be here for his birthday.

Non-existent customer support

They charge you for your order and it gets stuck 'being processed' forever, even though all the items are in stock. And don't even bother with their customer service as their contact form doesn't work and they don't reply to e-mails or tweets.

Not to mention there is no option to cancel the order.

Beware of price changes

I purchased an item that hasn't shipped yet and now 3 days later the price is 50% off. I called to cancel and reorder or get a price change and wanted also to purchase an additional shirt. They said they can't cancel or give price change and conveniently no supervisor is available. They are not a full service company and have no concept of customer relations. I told them as of now I will never purchase a thing from them again. Enough of their manipulation. I presume also that they also say the item is in process as soon as they receive the order so they won't allow you to cancel; poor business.

All the WWE does is annoy me right now.

I ordered three shirts through the euroshop in april. It's now september. The shirts have not arrived. I've tried contacting the shop and didn't get an answer of any sort. It's also not possible to cancel the order for whatever dumb reason. I'm super annoyed and am doubting that I'm ever going to get the shirts. Have I mentioned that they immediately took the money for the shirts/shipping from my account? Yeah, I'd like my money back, please. You can keep the shirts.
Furthermore logging into my account has been almost impossible. I try logging in, it says the password is wrong, I tell it to send me a new one, I click the link in the email, I enter a "new" password (hint: it's the same one I know I used the last time), it says ok your password's been changed, I try to log in to check the status of the damned tshirts I ordered months ago, it says the password is wrong, rinse and repeat 5 out of 6 times. I've also cancelled my WWE Network subscription FOR THE SECOND TIME NOW. Because it suddenly said that my subscription was still active even though I know I cancelled it two months ago.

I TRIED TO SEND EMAILS TO WWE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN USA AND IN ENGLAND BUT NO REPLY. I TRIED TO CALL NO REPLY NEITHER IN USA AND THE NUMBER IN ENGLAND IS WRONG. THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WRITE ON THE SHOPPING WEBSITE THAT THE PROCESSING TIME ONLY FOR 48 HOURS. Never buying from here again

Placed a order Saturday after black Friday and still haven't gotten my order. They keep telling me it is being processed today. I still haven't received an email that it left the company. Where is my order. Very disappointed in this company. The guy on the phone was very rude.
