Would give this no stars if I could! They Sent an email which went into spam saying I had three days free trial and then would charge my credit card £29.99 monthly until I cancelled. How did they get my credit card details? I’ve never been on their site? No tge hassle of getting a refund.
I have bought a facial massage derma wand two months ago. I couldn’t pick it up. It was returned to them. Singe then I have been adking them to refund my money. Tow months and they have not pay me back. Every email they say you have to wait until we get the order back. Finally they said they received it and still haven’t paid my refund. People should be aware of what they do and how they try to rib peoples’ money. I do not know when I will get my money back but I will sure file a complaint against their website.
