So, I saw an AD on a social media platform, advertising Marshall's speaker for a low price. I went in and tried buying it but instead I got a membership for a month for this websitE?? What in the name of all scams is this?

After raising this issue with the, twice. I got a response from the customer service agent "Jeremy" who is actually helpful and is resolving my refund. But in order to do that I had to submit a review. Therefor I am writing this.

Something really suspicious about this website but nevertheless I should have known better with that scammy AD

I was signed up to a subscription without my knowledge, and they took over €40 off me! I cancelled the subscription and was ensured by Eugene that I would get a full refund within 5-7 days it's now been about 15 days and still no refund I tried contacting Eugene again but no response. Stay away from the site as its only an oul scam

My account account was debited without my consent. I dont understand why I cant be fully refunded today ?

Harry helped me with what I needed and overall gave me a good level of service.

The customer service are approachable however Im bit disappointed since it automatically charge into my account without consent

This is a phishing scam. Pop-up for a different website asks for credit card details, which will then be misused to take money from monthly, without you knowing. Also, you can't get a refund and still have to pay after you request for a cancellation. To be short: don't get involved with this company. Note: anti-virus programs also alert you for phishing scam if you go to their site or reply to their mail.
