Uncaring Support

Bought a game and the tracking info of the game got stuck for multiple weeks. After contacting support and asking and pleading them to contact the shipping company because of the non updating status of the tracking information and possibility of lost package , they did not do anything to resolve the issue. I also had to print , fill and scan back a form they sent via email with personal information just to get a refund in the end

Nice

Some games are considerable cheaper especially nintendo titles. One the game i bought box plastic was cut with knife for 3cm. Others no issue

I bought products at an affordable…

I bought products at an affordable price. I ordered 3 separate products so far, and items I recieved were in good condition. And free tracking delivery is so good. :) I would recommend it to everyone.
