Ontrac lost the package. Failed to deliver the package despite delivery instructions provided.
When the package was updated for delivery complete, the location stamp was in a completely different city and the verification picture was not of the dress I ordered - package was way too small.

The shipping is excellent, purchases are exactly as pictured, great quality and if I need to return. I haven't had any trouble. Sizing is correct as well.

I paid $20 for 2 business day shipping and it’s still not here it was supposed to to be here today…. And I now will like my money back cause I no longer need the dress

What really made my experience great was I had ordered a package and I never received it.I reached out to the Akira team by email and they gave me information that I felt comfortable enough to continue to order from them again. Even though my package never came or they never found it, but they knew it was in transit. They still honored me a refund of an in-store credit which I was OK with so now I ordered something else and I pray that that package gets to me so I can continue to order from AKIRA because I really do love their clothes.

Overall the experience was good, but this company should re-think their return policy.
It is confusing (online vs. in-store), not customer friendly, and what's worse is their policy of 'no cash refunds'.
It makes me hesitant to purchase anything else knowing that I can't get my money back if it doesn't work out.

I ordered a pair of shoes, and every time there was an update they sent me it automatically! Other brands don’t do that, which is why i’m happy I decided to buy here. My shoes are on the way and i’m so excited to see them!! (i’m not a bot) edit: I’ve gotten the shoes and they are so cute!! and so comfortable definitely recommend ☺️
