Constant emails

I gave this company a bad review for fraudulent behaviour. I had to threaten legal action to get a refund. Now they won't stop emailing me all the time asking me to take down my review. They said if im owed a refund, I can have it as long as I take my review down.

Also the fraudulent behaviour was as follows, I bought what I believed to be a product (a slightly damaged sample box) no where did it say subscription. They said it was very clear about being a subscription. I waited until the advert came up again. Screen shot everything. There was no mention of a subscription. I got back in touch again. They were very rude and kept repeating that I should have read the terms and couldnt have a refund. When I confronted them with the screenshots, they then said oh that is a fraud but nothing to do with us. But yet they had my money nobody else. Everything they said after this point did not make sense. After three customer service advisors had refused to speak to me, I threatened to send the screenshots to a lawyer. They very quickly said oh dont worry we will refund back to the original card. Shopallgift.com kindly stop harassing me and emailing me it has been 8 months now leave me alone.
