Order a kitchen package to be delivered to Las Vegas but it was delayed due to snow storm. Since it would not arrive in time I needed to cancel and they provided me with a full refund.

Shop Appliances offered great customer service on a tricky order that i had to adjust a couple of times. Very happy with their fast response times and flexibility in making sure i got what i needed.

I want to share my shopping experience.

On January 20, I purchased an air conditioner from their website because it was listed as “in stock.” I paid the same day. However, they did not release the order to the shipping company until February 3. The carrier didn’t even pick it up until February 6.

By February 17, when I called the shipping company myself, they couldn’t even guarantee delivery by February 20. It took nearly a month for an “in stock” item to ship from New Jersey to Houston — and I still hadn’t received it.

I requested a cancellation because I never received the product. Instead, this company charged me $574.00 in fees.

They wasted an entire month of my time and charged me for a product I never even saw. This is unacceptable.

What’s even more ridiculous is that they offered to refund me $270 if I left a five-star review. I refused. Then they offered to issue a full refund in exchange for a five-star review. I will not mislead other customers just to get my money back.

Buyers should think carefully before placing an order with this company.

Thank you ShopAppliances.com. I was having difficulty trying to procure refrigerators for my recently acquired rental properties. Several "well-known retailors" could not fulfill my exacting requirements.

Then one morning, I open my laptop, and at eye-level on my web browser- I see an ad for shopappliances.com. Opening the website, I found the perfect refrigerators, and call up to inquire about them. To my surprise- a woman's voice answered. Natasha was her name; the conversation with her was straight-forward and went by with ease. In short-order she had helped me place my order for 5 refrigerators (4 for the rentals, and 1 for myself!).

If possible shopappliances.com, give Natasha a raise for being a very effective saleswoman. Hopefully in the near-future, I will be able to work with her again on appliance matters. Thank you Natasha for your help, and thank you shopappliances.com for being a straight-forward company.

During shipping, the appliance was damaged. Their customer service team worked tirelessly with GE to file a claim, get the parts shipped, and arrange for an electrician to come fix it. Buying a large appliance is an investment. Without good customer service like this, it's hard to trust a retailer.

I purchased a $9k refrigerator through Ralph and received top notch communication, even when the order was delayed due to a snowstorm. Things happen beyond our control but all you can ask for is for proactive communication and accountability; all experiences that were made realities during this transaction. I’d definitely use them again for price, delivery speed and follow up.

Julie at customer service was my first contact. Very pleasant and hooked me up with Natasha who was there every time I called being as helpful as she could be. The delivery went off without a hitch. Very happy with my new washer and every one who helped me along the way!

Overall great experience from top to bottom. From the sales team to the ownership, all around great service and quality product. 100% recommend to anyone who needs a trusted long term appliance vendor.
