I had the greatest experience with Shop Appliances with my sales rep James and he was able to get all my items shipped in less time than he told me. I was very impressed with his knowledge and this company in general----and the prices were absolutely the best! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for appliances !!

We purchased our Ilve stove through Shop Appliances. Initially I tried to purchase online but was having trouble with my credit card purchase, being such a large purchase, and decided to call the site directly to get assistance. Natasha helped us through the purchase and was also very knowledgeable about Ilve stoves. She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

It took almost 3 weeks for a refrigerator to be delivered. (Thank goodness it was only a basement refrigerator and not the main refrigerator) I paid a $99 basic set up fee but at delivery the driver said putting the handles on the refrigerator was not part of the service. Say what? NEVER AGAIN !!

My only complaint is I wish they would have taken the refrigerator box. Haul away means haul away. Installers did a great job.

Ordered a mini fridge but it was received damaged. They worked through the issue and ultimately provided a refund in the end to my satisfaction. Thank you

I was looking for a specific type of Speed Queen washer and dryer set. I researched it and I wanted a new set with solid old school mechanical dial and parts(tv2000/dv2000). Although a local store did have it, I found a much better price with Shop Appliances and that was including taxes, buying an extended warranty and I got free shipping. I was a little skeptical at first of buying appliances online but I researched the company pulled the trigger and bought it online sight unseen. I received it within one week. The delivery company was good and the packaging was intact when I received our washer dryer set. I received updates from the Shopping Appliance with updates on delivery status. Very Happy with the service and condition I received our new appliances.

Probably the worst appliance retailer on the planet. Zero communication and customer support. They won’t even tell you if a product is backordered, they’ll sell it to you, and you’ll never hear from them again. Takes days of nonstop tickets and phone calls to actually get someone on the phone who knows what they are talking about. RUN AWAY.

So while I was waitng for updates on my order ( a dishwasher) I googled the company and was very worried. When you read the reviews the company is absolutely destroyed online. Well I don't know if I got lucky or the reviews were off but my experience with them was quite nice. Other then they took the Max amount of time in the delivery window, everything else was fantastic.

Delivery was right on time from the perspective of delivering when they said they would be here. It just takes way, way too long to arrive after you order. The refrigerator also arrived with some obvious damage which the delivery guys immediately called in to their office. Office personnel asked if I was OK with them delivering in spite of the same. I agreed upon the condition that they would give a partial refund due to the damage. They agreed and then passed the buck to Shop appliances dot com, who were supposed to immediately reach out to me via phone AND email. This was on Friday. I was contacted the following Monday or Tuesday and have received consistent updates from them afterwards. At this point we're apparently waiting on the manufacturer to issue some form of compensation.

I had an great experience all the way thru the process even the delivery company was super helpful. I had a problem come up and when I contacted support they were quick to respond and very understanding. I had actually the same support person all the way as well. Brisilda Nerjaku was super helpful and walked me thru everything while also being patient with me I had some circumstances that slowed things on my end but again Brisilda was amazing and a pleasure to work with. 10/10 will buy from shop appliances again. Honestly Brisilda is a large part of why I would continue my business with this company because it is understandable that things happen but it is important how you handle them. Brisilda was compassionate and professional the entire time thank you so much it was a pleasure.

We were a little nervous at first to order our refrigerator online, but the model we wanted could not be delivered from all the other stores til the end of the month and some into mid next month. Shop appliances had the make and model we wanted and was able to have it to us within 3 days! And the price was the same too! We were apprehensive, but, it was a great experience! Ordering was easy, and the delivery men were professional and courteous and even slightly early. The whole transaction went smooth and I would highly recommend Shopappliances.com!
