I see some people got the product they ordered. I paid $60 for a canvas print for a Christmas present. They took my money, when it wasn’t here by Christmas I sent emails, after about 20 emails they responded that it was shipped and I would get it. I didn’t get it and they have never answered another email and even blocked my ability to write a review on their site. They are scammers and should be put out of business.

I got scammed too. Ordered a FRAMED canvas at the end of November for Christmas. It arrived two days after Christmas and it was UNframed. The "frame" is just some cheap sticks and tacks. They didn't even include instructions on how to put it together. I immediately contacted them for a return. They haven't responded to any of my emails. I've had to open a dispute with my credit card company, WHICH THEY ARE FIGHTING. So they'll respond to my credit card merchant, but not their customer.

Took over a month to get...WAS Christmas gift but I didn't know it came from CHINA!!! Couldn't track the package. It was ridiculous... cute print tho..DO NOT RECOMMEND

My 3rd purchase from Avello...it does take about 3 weeks but it's well worth it.

Ordered two wall canvases on December 9th 2023 for Christmas! Did not know until after the purchase it was coming from China . After several emails trying to locate our order with no sucess, we finally received our order on December 27th 2023. The order was INCORRECT! WE have been emailing since we received the order continually and have received NO response. The quality of the products are poor and the frame is JUNK! Paid alot of money for gifts I can't use and now I'm STUCK. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL AND A SCAM! LIVE AND LEARN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. beyond disgusted!!
UPDATE: IT IS NOW JANUARY 11TH ,NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order 11/15/23. Today is 12/30/23. No update. I asked for a refund an finally received an email back saying a refund is not possible because it's in transit. I then asked for a United States tracking number, no one responded.

Taking well over 3 weeks to receive items. All I keep getting told is that it’s on its way and to track it. They should notify you if it’s coming from china .. nothing should take. Month to receive..

It’s a scam!!! When I search for the package, it’s saying it can’t be tracked. I ordered on a Tuesday and it’s about to be another week and still nothing and it said 2-3 business days. No email or anything. I thought the site was legit because it was on IG. Don’t trust it!

I placed an order and realized immediately that I made a mistake with a date. There was no way production began so I emailed the company with my concern. I was emailed back telling me please don’t worry, we will take care of it. 4 weeks later I received my order the very mistake that I informed them of. I emailed requesting a full refund. I was then asked to take a photo of my concern. I am still waiting to hear back and that was 3 days ago. I have paid for this item in full. Please don’t make the same mistake I did, order from another company. There are many more companies that have this same product.

I really thought this was legit I'm soooo upset you can't reach anyone. Michael keep writing back short emails I bought this for my mom something special and these jerks do this just be very mindful next time😡😡😡

I wish i could give 0. This is a warning - don‘t ever buy stuff advertised on social media. These websites, Avello especially, are scams. There is NO refund even if you bought something by mistake, even if THEY sent you the WRONG product. My advice : Stay AWAY from these scammers. Total disappointment. Please advise how to start legal action against them, if anyone knows!
