Dispatched when they said they would , unfortunately Royal mail are at fault as I'm still waiting for delivery . Maybe use another courier as 48 hour tracked and still waiting is beyond a joke ,5 stars for this company 0 stars for royal mail

Good Boots let down by lack of informaton on whereabouts of my package in Transit.
Knowing what the hell was going on with the postage I I was left in the dark wondering where it was for nearly 6 days this is not good enough, and it was even more annoying that no response email was sent to when I made am enquiry to you as a seller directly.
