Not convinced this company is real, seems a scam. Sat on my order and my money for 4 weeks. Didn't reply to any emails or phonecalls, didnt dispatch my order, you barely get a confirmation email, and today cancelled my order for no reason. I’ll be following up with my bank to make sure I’ve been refunded. What a waste of time and effort.
I thought I'd checked reviews but seem to have been tricked by judge.me as it does not appear to be a legit review platform. I selected a couch cover, the returns stated clearly that customers pay for returns so it was a risk but I went for it hoping for the best. A week later - they've emailed without any apology to inform me they've cancelled my order as they don't have stock to fulfil.
I don't trust this company at all. It's been managed in an entirely unprofessional way.
