They are scammers! They use IG accounts to get orders by providing a discount code and never ship the merchandise. The reviews on the site must be bots and scammers. The store is down now. Judging by other complaints they must bring the store on-line, share the discount code, get orders, don't send the merchandise, take the shop off line for a while, and repeat. Disputing the charge but Citi has not been helpful. The scammers provided proof that the order was placed but NO shipping confirmations/ tracking information. Citi thought that was acceptable and sided with them. Stay away!!

SCAM! Purchased an item & it never came. Now the website is down. Clearly people giving a 5 star review are as much a scam by this company as the products. Going to try to dispute.

scam! put in an order without research... I know, my fault. been busy at work and realized I never got my order. went to their website again and it got shutdown. going through a dispute with credit card company now.

I ordered three necklaces, the London Gold, the Crown, and the Goldie. It took a little bit of time for my order to arrive, but that also might have just been because everything is slowed down with the pandemic. When my items arrived I was happy to see they were all in one package rather than a bunch of little ones arriving at different times. I originally was a bit hesitant because ordering jewelry online can be tricky as products aren't always as they appear, but I love what I received. The customer service was very helpful and replied very quickly. I would definitely order from them again, and maybe get a bracelet or something?

Honestly I was very happy with my experience with this company. Customer service responded in literally 15 minutes and were super nice about my question. And what I ordered look really nice when they arrived and pretty good quality tbh so I actually like this company

Actually so surprised with how fast this order came in. Quality was great and my boyfriend loves it too.

Scam company. They use social media to promote an insane discount coupon code on their products, however if you look at the price of things on the website all of them are above 200-300$ meaning after you enter the discount code you are paying exactly the price they want you to for fake knockoffs. You have been warned.

This shop is fake. They uploaded Stock videos and photos for their account on Instagram on the same day. And I bet they bought followers too. The products are low in quality and discount code is just scamming you to buy the products immediately.
