Excellent products
Excellent product, and super speedy shipping even though it said on the website that there were delays. Really pleased and would highly recommend. We have three different Dimplex products now, and they are all brilliant quality.

The delivery was due during the morning…
The delivery was due during the morning of the 1st July. It did not arrive and i had a message later to say 'our driver missed you'. This is very poor service, having waited in all day fr the delivery. I have rescheduled the delivery for 7th.

Having looked at lots of Fans I decided…
Having looked at lots of Fans I decided to opt for the Dimplex Duocool Smart 2 in 1 fan. I can't believe how quiet it is. The only downside is that the power cable is short so I feel I'm limited where I can place the fan.
