First- I LOVE Dolcessa swimsuits! They are always u pique and great quality. Secondly- their customer service is great and very responsive. I had an issue with a discount code and in less than 6 hours Jazper had resolved the situation. He was polite and wry helpful: resolved my situation with pleasure. Love these guys!

I had actually made an error on my return and accidentally had an extra item. Dolcessa was so great about reaching out and correcting it before just shipping everything out, it saved such a hassle. Not to mention they arranged pickup of the returns right from my front door. Excellent customer service!

I had a great experience with Dolce Swimwear. After the first gentle hand wash, one small crystal came off my bikini bottoms. I reached out to customer service just to ask if replacement crystals were available, as I was even willing to fix it myself.

The team was incredibly kind and helpful, and instead of just sending parts, they generously sent me a completely new replacement item. Considering the quality and price point of the swimwear, I really appreciated this level of customer care.

The swimsuit itself is beautiful, elegant, and very eye-catching — I received many compliments wearing it. Special thanks to Jazper for the support. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely order again.

Jazper provides the type of customer service that will make you a life long subscriber on the first try. My wife’s super tiny waste and curves that you need rails to handle make finding her size (especially remotely) difficult to say the least. Jasper made the process seamless. 🙏🏽

My wife loves these suits. She has several. The latest order the size seemed a little off so I started an exchange. Jazper, the customer service rep, received the return FedEx receipt I sent with a short cover email telling the the need for the exchange item was a gift to my wife and time sensitive. Jazper gave excellent service and sent the replacement items immediately ensuring their arrival before the deadline. That was great customer service.
