Just got my order and it arrived…

Just got my order and it arrived damaged, but I honestly didn’t expect how fast the refund was processed. Huge thanks to Michelle for the quick help, she made everything smooth and hassle-free. Appreciate it, ShopEarl! I’ll definitely be ordering again.

My order was sent to the wrong address, but Michelle managed to coordinate with the vendor and have it delivered to the correct one. She was amazing! I’ll definitely be ordering again from this app called ShopEarl.

I ordered a mirror for my Honda Civic

I ordered a mirror for my Honda Civic, Shop Earl asked me to add my VIN after checkout so I did and the vendor actually messaged me and said what I was ordering was incorrect. They were able to help me find the correct one for my VIN and get it ordered, process was pretty easy and now I have the correct mirror. Glad I added the VIN, I have no idea really what I am looking for with car parts so them correcting me before just shipping me the wrong part was awesome.

Great Experience!

Super easy experience honestly. I reached out and ended up talking to Michelle, and she was amazing—super helpful, friendly, and actually took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It didn’t feel like one of those typical customer service interactions at all. The whole process was smooth, quick, and way less stressful than I expected when dealing with car parts. Definitely would use this site again just based on how great she was.

Misleading advertising/no return

Misleading advertising in their posts allow you to buy incorrect items that have a policy for no return. They sell you the incorrect item and say sorry, thank for the money. Complete scam of a company, do not buy anything from here.

I supposedly bought a used OE rear…

I supposedly bought a used OE rear wheel for my 2016 Corvette Z06. I received a scratched up aftermarket wheel that was 2 inches shorted than it was supposed to be. Finally got an RMA, shipped back the wheel. Emailed, called and left messages and left messages on the chat about the return after a few weeks that the wheel was returned. Had to complain to BBB and after two weeks got a refund that was 64.08 less that I was charged!

Worst place I’ve ever

Worst place I’ve ever. they first sent me a screen that was wrong then what i ordered and advertised. So i requested a return which they approved but i had to pay 30$ to ship it back. A month later they deny my return stating the window has closed and they never received the returned item. Mind you this part was almost $200. I was scammed. This place is horrible. They never respond either, absolutely do not buy from this f*** place.

Horrible customer service

Placed an order, money taken with no problem, unfortunately the wrong item was sent. First time ive ever ordered something and not received a confirmation email or text so when trying to return i have no order number so you cant return through online return form. I put in my email to help with order and no order shows but bank statement shows differently and I did receive item, just the wrong part, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call thats labeled spam with the other 12 call a day😡 with a voicemail to contact them, only to go through the same bullshit again! Order at your own risk and pray you receive the correct part
