Definately a scam - product didn't arrive, contacted Mifo and indicated no product available, but 4 weeks it would be. Requested cancellation after 4 wks with refund. Nothing. WHY does Paypal continue to associate with companies like this - do they enjoy a kickback while consumers loose funds??

Shopendive and Mifo is a scam
Shopendive and Mifo is a scam, dont buy. I received no confirmation of purchase, and when I questioned this I received a very polite email explaining my earbuds were on back order, I requested a refund and heard nothing. They say it is Queensland based business yet I was charged an international transaction fee. Luckily I paid with Pay Pal, they are now investigating.

This company needs avoiding. I bought 2 watches from Mifo fantastic reviews. No watches arrived. The company has been very polite in emails almost like they are time wasting so you run out of days to claim money back. I was told on email that the watches where currently on a back order due to a shortage so I asked for a refund. Several emails later I tried to claim money via PayPal that went wrong also and the case was closed. After over 2 hours on the phone to PayPal and my bank I am hoping I will get a refund . The bank gave me the riot act about fraud !! I am the victim. Pay nothing to them. Unfortunately you buy from a online company and pay money to a scammer !!!

I never received the product. Contacted customer service. Still no product. Then they asked me to review their customer service which I did, honestly, and still no follow up.
Luckily I paid via PayPal who have agreed to refund me.
At no time did the retailer contact me, not even with a purchase confirmation. They sat on my money for weeks though.

Don't bother ordering anything. It seems that my experience of "unvailable" item is not unique. Over 2 months after ordering - and paying - for a Bonzachef multifunctional food processor, it is STILL unavailable and after cancelling the order, I am STILL waiting for a refund.

I bought mifo earbuds and they are junk. It is impossible to talk to anyone and Mifo on their website states they charge a restocking fee. They are part of the new scam economy.

I was not issued with an Invoice or Warranty papers. Cannot return the product as there is only a PO Box on the parcel.

I would not recommend this company and advise never to purchase from Mifo uk.
I placed an order on the 17 Dec. On the 20 Dec I request shipping details and all they said that my order had been processed but could not provide shipping details.
I asked to cancel the order but they said it had already been shipped so could not cancel. However 3 days on still saying same thing but cannot provide shipping details.
I would not trust this company
All I receive from them is automated responses this is the third time they have set this response to my emails
“We do apologize but we can no longer cancel your order once processed. If you no longer want to receive your order, kindly refuse the delivery so we can process your refund. I know this has caused you so much inconvenience and we regret having you waste your time on this.

Selling goods they admit the do not have in stock
would be zero stars if available Paid for earbuds with guaranteed 2 day delivery nothing arrived, when I contacted them they eventually admitted they have no stock & couldnt say when of if they would be getting more but still refuse to refund money. Checked the website & they are still advertising the earbuds with 2 day delivery. Case filed with Action Fraud company now being investigated by UK anti fraud police
