I ordered a bag from Fallon and Royce…
I ordered a bag from Fallon and Royce for our trip to Maui. The bag arrived the day after we left. When I tried to return the bag two weeks later, I was told they have a seven day return policy. This is not stated anywhere on their website or on the invoice which arrived with the bag. I asked if they could make an exception and told them the bag is clearly unused with all tags attached. No reply to my request so I sent the bag back to them anyway. No refund was processed so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, then received an email from Fallon and Royce stating that I am lying!! I would never order from this company, clearly fraudulent by not telling customers in advance that the return policy is seven days and not having this in writing.
BTW, I have since seen bags that look EXACTLY the same as Fallon and Royce on other websites for a fraction of their price. The bag I ordered was $100 and it's on Amazon for $25.00. The reason I did not want to keep the bag for a future trip is that the quality is just not there and nothing to justify four times the price over Amazon.
