They don’t even rate a NO star!! They are true scammers!!!! No respond to my numerous emails, no contact phone number to be found & great at taking one’s money right away!!! Partially my fault for not ‘investigating them like I should have!! Beware new comers…….DO NOT purchase anything from these scammers!

This site is a scam! Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT order from them. I placed an order over a month ago. Never received it. I emailed them several times and never heard back. FRAUD!!!

Instead of the “100% top grade leather” wallet I ordered I received a piece of plastic from a 3D printer in the shape of a credit card - i have sent three emails which have all been ignored.

Would like to rate ZERO stars. they take your order, process the payment, then don’t respond to any inquiries about shipping or request to cancel order!!

Stay away from this site!! They are definitely guilty of false advertising and misleading products. A big red flag is the products claim to have reviews but you can’t click or read any of them or leave a review. The site claims orders are processed within two days and have shipping times of 3-5 business days. My order of three items arrived at three different times, 15, 21 and 34 days (Too late for the holidays) None of the tracking information or order information worked; the site said my order number didn’t exist.
I would say at least the products eventually arrived BUT they were all ridiculously overpriced for the terrible quality (slippers were the wrong size, torn, and the foam was hard as a rock) The return process is such a hassle it isn’t worth my time to bother with.

Ordered on 12/3, showed as having shipped, never arrived. Then showed as never having shipped which tracks with never having arrived. No response to emails sent. Disputed with CC. This company is either a full on scam or overspent in advertising on social and can’t fulfill the orders received. Which would have been fine had there been any amount of communication. Buyer beware

SCAM - you place an order, you get an email and a bogus tracking number. The order never gets out of "order ready" status. Emails go un-answered (info@shopflorea).

Fraud. Do not purchase from them!

Found them being advertised on an Instagram account that I follow for a few years. Thought it was legit since this account promotes other "stores." Purchase Christmas decorations, then they send an email with a link that it has been shipped. Then the tracking stops just before the delivery. On the website it states if not received in 2 days to contact them via an email they provide and they will get back in the next 24 hours. Several emails sent and NOTHING. No merchandise, NO reply, NADA! On my Visa they go by HOMELEA, which on TRUSTPILOT have 1 star for the same reason. They also go by CozyPlushes!!! SCAMMERS!!!!
