i should've listened to the reviews since this brand doesn't offer replacements or refunds on defective pieces. i ordered the 'angel's charm' necklace (i've been wanting for a while and they just restocked) - the necklace arrived pretty much tarnished and the heart pendant was scratched, which i was really sad about. i've seen some other reviews saying the same thing on their orders arriving in poor condition, so i contacted their customer service. they didn’t respond for 2 weeks, and didn't give me a resolution other than we don't offer returns.

really cute designs but shipping and actual item that arrived were not as advertised.

I really wanted to love this brand because their designs are genuinely so unique, and I haven't found many other brands with a similar aesthetic. The watch bracelet I ordered arrived with a broken clasp and tarnished after 2 wears.. I literally did not wear in water or sweat. Plus, it wasn't even shipped until I followed up after 2 months of waiting.

Customer service was also frustrating. It took repeated emails and messages just to get a response after waiting quite a while for my order. I think they have some of the cutest designs I've seen, which is why this is so disappointing, but I can't justify ordering again unless the quality control and customer service improve.
