Purchased 2 handles on October 22, 2024. Product has not moved according shipping updates. Emailed them muliple times and no respond. Stay far away, ready to submit my complaint to Paypal. I know feel that I have been ripped off...

So Golden warm have made no attempt to contact me, I have had no ordered and paid for goods, and no refund. Please stay away from this website, they are supposedly UK based. They are scam artists. They have had my money and I have had nothing in return. I have opened a case with PayPal for a refund but they keep putting back the resolution date. Please be wise and do not get involved with this website.

I have recently upgraded my dresser door knobs with Goldenwarn knobs and I am highly impressed with such amazing quality and super sturdy knobs. They have such beautiful designs to choose from, really love the collection and it adds great detail to my furniture. Highly recommended

I placed an order almost **three weeks ago**, and I have yet to receive anything. This is beyond frustrating. I have reached out to the company multiple times, but **no one has responded** to my inquiries. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable, and the customer service seems non-existent. I expected better service and reliability, but this has been a nightmare from start to (still no) finish. If you're considering ordering from here, **save yourself the headache** and look elsewhere.

Products from this site not fit for purpose waited ages for kitchen handles you think your buying from UK site but came from China not enough screws to attach handles spent a full day trailing around trying to find screws with right thread to fit handles could find none customer service useless ive now got a kitchen with a quarter of handles fixed and no way to fix rest so beware when buying from this site

I recently installed the Goldenwarm Leather Cabinet, Dresser, Drawer Pulls in my dressingroom, and I couldn't be happier! I was impressed by the Goldenwarm Leather Pulls' premium feel and look. Beautiful kitchen cabinet handles (x20). Fitted all the handles, look and feel brilliant. The last one was a bit dodgy, I contacted Goldenwarm, sending a video of the faulty handle, they sent me a replacement No problem at all. Delivery time is a couple of weeks but it is coming from China.

I.dont normally leave reviews but I have emailed them twice and waiting on a response. It's been stating the order is in transit for days now and has a plane symbol, yet I am meant to have these as per their website by 3 days time!

I have emailed them and have had no response, I am waiting to complete my daughters wardrobes would really appreciate a response on here or via email.
