Sleeping throughout the night, Inflammation greatly reduced after only a week. My husband has nerve pain. He has been able to sleep throughout the night as well.

I love my grounding sheet. I sleep so much better and it is helping reduce some of my aching joints. The fabric is comfortable and easy to care for.

I have been using the grounding blanket and to my surprise, I'm sleeping solid through the night. I'm normally up every 2-3 hours, either from nightmares, to use the bathroom or just to rotate the room I'm sleeping in. I have yet to notice any improvements in my knee or foot where I suffer from severe pain and weakness. I am impressed enough that I'm sleeping so well, that if sleeping well is all it does, I'm still happy. The quality of the blanket could be better and it would be nice if it was bigger. But the one side is super soft. All in all, I'm happy with it and sleep every night with it.

So far so good! I’ve used my grounding mat in different settings, different times of day and various states of health and haven’t had a bad experience at all. I specifically used it when I had a migraine coming on, during meditation and at my office during a reiki session. I did find that it helped in all situations on a subtle level. I will continue to use it in the longterm so I can continue to observe the benefits of this mat :)

We got our sheet and put it on the bed.It was delivered late but that's ok.

I’ve only been using the sheets for a couple of weeks, but the first thing I noticed was that within the first 48 hours of using the grounding sheets the swelling that I normally have in my hands when I wake up is completely gone. It has not come back!!!

I am very happy with my grounding sheet. I had slept on a grounding pad for 18 months and was totally sold on the benefits of being grounded while sleeping. However I was tired of getting on a cold grounding pad during the winter and decided to try the grounding sheet. It is very comfortable and easy to wash and dry. It was well worth the cost of replacing my mat with a grounding sheet which fits perfectly over my mattress.

I have been sleeping very well since I started using my grounding sheet. I don't toss and turn all night, so I wake up feeling better rested. My back doesn't ache anymore. I can get in a position and sleep comfortably. I'm not constantly shifting my legs because my knee and hip joints don't ache anymore. It's wonderful to get a good night's sleep. I love my sheet!

I like the sheets they’re comfortable but I don’t know that my body feels any different but I was sleeping well before I started using them. I have arthritis fairly advanced with two hip replacements and some nerve damage with those. I'm hoping after a while that the pain decreases with the sheets. I am very happy with the company and were very helpful with an order problem.

I had already been using a grounding product from another company. It really has made a difference in sleep quality, but I wanted to try a fitted sheet. The main reason I tried Heal Naturally was because it was made in the USA. I am happy with the fitted queen sized sheet. It fits perfectly and feels really soft and comfortable. I’m 75. I don’t sleep through the night, but I sleep longer and sounder since using a grounding product and I believe that that helps with healing. I feel that all grounding products are fairly overpriced, but I’m already considering buying another sheet from Heal Naturally just because it feels so good.
