Item is overdue
Item is overdue. Tracking says its been at the airport for 7 days. Don't know if I will ever get it. Company say"as it's not been located, I can't get a refund.
Originally cancelled order with Wowcher because after I paid for the item they wanted to charge delivery fee. When I asked to cancel they said they would pay delivery fee.
Both companies are useless. NEVER BUY FROM WOWCHER OR SHOP IN STORE. They take your money and don't give you your item.

Item came with no product saying it was damaged. After texting them they said my claim was denied. This is a true scam. Don't order them here EVER.... They lie.

Great Service!
I made a purchase on shopinstore.com and overall, the service was good. However, the jacket I received was smaller than I anticipated. Fortunately, the customer service team quickly resolved the issue by providing a full refund. Based on my experience, I believe this online store is trustworthy and would recommend it, despite some items being a bit pricier.

Terrible Chinese HongKong based company operating through WowCher. Sells goods not fit for purpose then refuses to pay for Return. WowCher is also as bad as it deals with this Seller. DO NOT BUT FROM WOWCHER OR SHOPINSTORE.CO.UK
